This is a complete upgrade from my old system, so will include new mouse, keyboard, speakers, etc. Was considering whether it was worth the extra to bump up to a 680gtx.

You need an unlocked "K" processor if you want to overclock. Also the Z68 is better suited to previous generation of processors. Z77 is ideal for the latest Ivybridge CPUs. Something like this would be ideal for your core components.

I have kept with your chosen nVidia make for GPU. AMD graphics cards, are an alternative which may be better value, overall. I have sized PSU to allow for future addition of 2nd GPU.
