Price breakdown by merchant: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/mqPU/by_merchant/
Benchmarks: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/mqPU/benchmarks/

CPU: Intel Core i5-3570K 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor ($169.99 @ Microcenter)
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler ($26.22 @ NCIX US)
Motherboard: MSI Z77A-G41 ATX LGA1155 Motherboard ($87.55 @ Newegg)
Memory: Patriot Viper 3 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($34.99 @ Newegg)
Video Card: HIS Radeon HD 7750 2GB Video Card ($90.98 @ Newegg)
Total: $409.73
(Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available.)

This is really all you can get, the graphics card is a bit underpowered in comparison to the CPU. Although you can overclock it, it still won't be high end.

If you don't need to overclock, you can get a much better graphics card.
