Buying TODAY!! [Help/Advise] Gaming Computer | £1700

Hey guys, I'm ordering a lot of parts today! So i would like to know if all these parts are compatible and quite frankly, the best i could go with (Not the best of the best but value). I have already Bought my CPU and Case whilst they where on offer. //Note: I am using a 1080p Monitor.
Uses: Hardcore Gaming, Recording, Game Development, General Use etc.

Other Comments:
1.Can you please review my Peripherals and if theirs better choices?
2.Will this system run every-game at-least 60FPS?
3.I need a Professional mic for Commentating, is this the best for the price?
4.Anything im missing?

That looks good - here's a couple of things I would suggest:

1. The mouse mat isn't needed - you're spending money needlessly there.

2. I didn't see a cooler listed - what are you using there?

3. You should get a Windows 8 license - it's legal for system builders to use it now and I've been using it for a week with no real issues to report yet. Yeah Metro is frustrating to use but I think I'm getting the hang of it.

1. Very true, if i have left over money i may as well because my mouse mat is getting old :) 

2.CPU Cooler? I listed it, (Noctua)

3.Yeah but im debating, do i really like Windows 8? Its a Phone operating system with recycled windows 7 in my opinion :(

Was it illegal or something?
