Budget Range: £1200-£1500 If it can be done cheaper the better but don't really want to cut corners

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming, movies, web surfing

Are you buying a monitor: Yes, but not immediately have two spares at the moment that will be using till I buy new ones. I would like to have dual monitor's so that needs to be taking into account with the graphics card.

Parts Preferences: I would like both Intel and Nvidia

Overclocking: Maybe

SLI or Crossfire: Maybe, was looking to start with one card as was looking at the 670 & 680 and then maybe pick up a a second when the price drops and SLI them.

Your Monitor Resolution: My current monitor is 1280x1024, but will be looking to upgrade.

Additional Comments: Would prefer for to be unblingy (think that is a word). Quiet'ish would be nice but isn't high on the list as long as it doesn't sound like airplane taking off its fine.
Mostly used programs are Eve Online, WoW, SCII, D3 plus some Steam games. With Eve the build would need to be capable of running atleast two clients possibly three at decent settings.

And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading: My current machine is I think about 6 years old and pretty much can only runs stuff on the lowest graphics setting and even then struggles some times.
