Hi

I have a budget of around £750 and I would like to spend this on a medium or smallish PC that has good air cooling. Ideally it will be home to an Ivy bridge 3570k and may be overclocked in the future. I will be using it primarily for gaming and light media use. The build does NOT require a graphic card as i will add a good one at a later date when I can afford it. I don't require a monitor or any other peripheral although I do need Windows 7. Ideally I would like a build that will offer a simple but significant upgrade path years down the line. Thanks in advance... Oh and I would like a SSD for boot and 1TB of storage will be adequate.
Any advice would be much appreciated.

Budget is around £750/$1200 i can go over slightly though would prefer to be under budget.
I will buy my parts in the UK please don't tease me with new egg prices lol
I may overclock but not initially but would like the pc to have adequate coming in case i do.
I don't intend to cross fire or sli.
Pc build to handle a great video card at a later date. Video card not required for this build just for it yo be high end gaming ready
