Hey I decided I want to pass my driving test :p  So my question is, Is it possible to make a PC that will Run WoW on max settings at 1920*1080 with great FPS pref 40+. I may play other games but this mainly is my must.

Approximate Purchase Date: September

Budget Range: £600-650 (Pref the lower end)

System Usage from Most to Least Important: WoW gaming/raiding, other games, internet

Are you buying a monitor: No

Parts to Upgrade: Everything

Do you need to buy OS: No

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: I like Aria and Scan are normally cheaper but where ever that is reliable and safe

Location: City, State/Region, Country - Scotland, Edinburgh

Parts Preferences: Intel CPU and Nvidia as it should Run wow better apparently (was looking at i5 3570k but that is probably out of the range)

Overclocking: Maybe if my budget allows for a CPU that can

SLI or Crossfire: No

Your Monitor Resolution: 1920*1080

Additional Comments: I would like the PC to be cool so my room is not roasting hot, I don't really care about a SSD and I don't need a massive HDD. I would like wireless though and maybe a optical drive.

And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading: To play games decently

So is this possible? Or do I need to shell out my original budget and forget about driving

the same system is £25 more at Scan.

if you are over clocking you want a aftermarket CPU cooler the hyper 212+ is the best for the budget.

the heat will come from your GPU mainly, if you really want to keep the heat down, I suggest a AMD HD 7850. performance is slightly better, but it uses less heat and power.

you also could look and see how much the GTX 660ti is when it comes out next week. it will run cool and be pretty powerful.

Thanks, So I looked about and got the same build for £579 using a few websites however my question is I could get a gtx 570 OC with Borderlands 2 instead and it would take it to £620 is this worth it?

Also if it is around £620 should I buy the 660 ti Instead of either of the other 2?

I would give the 660ti a look and see what the pricing is. its basically a 670 with a 192 bit memory bus instead of the 256. so it should be way faster than the older 560Ti and even the 570.

I think the 570 is better card if the price is right. I have 3 x EVGA 570's in my family's various systems at home (it the US, I in Kuwait on a job) and they rock.
