EDIT: This is my revised build, the 7850 is as fast as a 7870 when overclocked and if get two of these later down the line, you'll have no problem with the latest games. That case, PSU and the hyper EVO fan can be bought cheaper through the other retailers. If you are going to get a Z77 board, you should invest more in a ivy bridge CPU.
 
The Asus P8Z77V LX does officially support Crossfire, but the lane split is x16, x4, which is seen as suboptimal for crossfiring, especially with cards of the calibre of 7950s. The issue isn't that one is PCIe 3.0 and the other 2.0, it is the fact that the 2.0 slot is only electrically x4.

The case in jk47_99's build is perfectly capable of containing and cooling 7950 CF.

No reason to get the Hyper 212 Plus, when you can get the Evo for cheaper:
