I'd go for this processor instead http://www.dabs.com/products/intel-core-i5-3550-s1155-3-3ghz-6mb-7YXK.html?src=3 £156.99
Intel Core i5-3550 S1155 3.3GHz 6MB

And if you don't want to wait around for the 660, these are two good alternatives

Asus ATI Radeon 7850 870MHz 2GB PCI-Express 3.0 HDMI DirectCU II

EVGA 012-P3-1573-KR Nvidia GTX570 HD SuperClocked 1280MB 320-Bit DDR5

I think only the 660 ti will have 2gb of vRAM, and it will cost a lot more than 200 quid. The 6950 is good but you are looking at last gen tech, the 7850 will be faster, more efficent and run cooler.

If you look at these benchmarks, the 7850 is already faster http://www.videocardbenchmark.net/high_end_gpus.html/
