£400-£500 budget for gaming pc to play arma2

i want to play arma 2 (dayZ) and other modern games out on good settings with good FPS.

i dont know the first thing about building a pc from scratch so your help would be greatly appreciated.


im from UK but if its cheaper i dont mind ordering from USA or whatever. cheapest possible.

already have mouse/keyboard/monitor.

il be building it myself with the help of youtube.

highest resolution possible for those funds please.

i will be taking care of the OS, i can get windows 7 cheap thanks.

my screen is 24" so 1600x1080 resi? im not clued up on resolutions sorry :/
