Hey all, I'm looking for some advice on a build I'm doing for a friend of mine.
The current (and very rough) specs I've gone for are:

pcpartpicker link: http://pcpartpicker.com/uk/p/cUxS

MB: MSI H61M-P25 (B3) Micro ATX LGA1155 Motherboard
If there is a better one for around that price point do tell.

CPU: Intel Core i5-2500 3.3GHz Quad-Core Processor
Was thinking of going with an i5-2400 instead, any thoughts?

GPU: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 560 Ti 1GB Video Card
Was originally going to go with a 6870 so yeah, not sure what's more cost efficient.

RAM: Kingston 4GB (1 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
He's probably going to upgrade to 8GB soon hence the 1 x 4GB

HDD: Seagate Barracuda 500GB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive

Optical Drive: Sony AD-7280S-0B DVD/CD Writer

PSU: Corsair 600W ATX12V Power Supply
Would that be enough for this build?

Case: BitFenix Merc Alpha ATX Mid Tower Case
I like how it looks lol.

If you need any more info please let me know.

Thanks,
Gonk

Also, is there any reason to get a CPU cooler if he's not overclocking.

Can someone give some feedback on this build in general (i.e. cost efficiency, part changes, etc. etc.)
