I know you said an AMD CPU but it's really not great value for gaming so i put this together on 3 sites (if you're game):

aria.co.uk:
GIGABYTE GA-H61MA-D3V GEN3 Intel H61 (REV B3) Socket 1155 DDR3 PCI-Express Motherboard
Intel Core i3-2120 3.30GHz (Sandybridge) Socket LGA1155 Processor - Retail
ARIANET Hydra Black Midi Tower Chassis
22" ASUS VE228H Widescreen LED Monitor - Black

dabs.com:
Zotac GeForce GTX 560 Ti 822MHz 1GB PCI-Express HDMI
Quicklinx:7SDHWS00 | Mfr#: ZT-50306-10M
In stock £146.98 £146.98

Crucial 8GB (2 x 4GB) Ballistix Sport DDR3 1600MHz CL9 1.5v 240pin
Quicklinx:7Y8SWS00 | Mfr#: BLS2CP4G3D1609DS1S00CEU
Due in 3-4 days £34.99 £34.99

Seagate 1TB Barracuda SATA 6Gb/s 64MB 7200RPM Hard Drive
Quicklinx:7XD5WS00 | Mfr#: ST1000DM003
In stock £64.99 £64.99

Amazon.co.uk:
Samsung F3 HD103SJ 1TB internal Hard Drive SATAII 32MB Cache 7200RPM – OEM (the one you found)

Total price comes to a very reasonable £600.47

With that you get a 1080p 22 inch screen and a faster gaming CPU. You do lose the extra cooler and the paste and a slight downgrade of GPU. I personally think this provides much better perfoamnce for your money than an AMD build could, but i'll leave it upto you.

EDIT

actual cost has come down as I put two HDD's in by mistake freeing up £65 for the GPU so i bumped the 560Ti to the 570 you selected. Giving a final price of £564.30 so you coudl get the cooler if you wanted. Although i'd put it into a nicer case. Or a reliable PSU.
