System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming, Movies, Internet, Editing (Video/Sound)

Parts Not Required: All parts required (Monitor, OS etc)

Country: UK

Parts Preferences: Intel/Nvidia, at least 22" widescreen monitor, Win7 Home Premium64-bit, Cases with no window and less bling.

Overclocking:Maybe
SLI or Crossfire: No

Monitor Resolution: 1920x1080 or 1920x1200

Additional Comments: I would like to make this rig silent

That leaves £275 for the monitor, power supply, CPU cooler, extra fans.

Do you guys have any recommendations for parts or anything that wont work etc.
