£1200 Gaming/Editing System Advice

Approximate Purchase Date: In next 1-2 weeks

Budget Range: £1200

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming, Movies, Internet, Editing (Video/Sound)

Parts Not Required: All parts required (Monitor, OS etc)

Country: UK

Parts Preferences: Intel/Nvidia, at least 22" widescreen monitor, Win7 Home Premium64-bit, Cases with no window and less bling.

Overclocking:Maybe
SLI or Crossfire: No

Monitor Resolution: 1920x1080 or 1920x1200

Additional Comments: I would like to make this rig silent

The parts listed above come in at £925
That leaves £275 for the monitor, power supply, CPU cooler, extra fans.

Do you guys have any recommendations for parts or anything that wont work etc.

Does anyone know if the gigabyte gtx 670 windforce is really noisy?
