Hi guys,

Im finishing university in a couple of month and i want to plan a build ready for when i finish.

Approximate Purchase Date: Late April

Budget Range: £650 / $1000

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming, Watching Movies, Surfing

Parts Not Required: Keyboard/Mouse/Monitor

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: Any UK based sites

Country: UK

Parts Preferences: I am no expert so im looking for recommendations !

Overclocking: Yes

SLI or Crossfire: Yes

Monitor Resolution: Will probably buy a new monitor but my current is 22" so i am unsure.

Additional Comments: Must run the likes of BF3/MW3/Starcraft 2 in high/ultra settings

Ive found the following which i feel are priorities, but i need advice on the other parts:

CASE: £61

CPU: £167

GPU: £200

I am open to recommendations and if anyone can recommend a full £650/$1000 build then that would be great !

I am new to the current parts environment also.

i could fit a faster gpu , a bigger hdd and a faster and bigger ssd.

also a bigger psu for crossfire later.

for overclocking i would suggest to get the cm hyper 212 evo from scan or whatever the site it is cheap.

this is still under your build.

Thanks for your help but my budget is £650 or $1000 hehe

What would you suggest for £650? I could use the 500gb hdd from my old pc and also my cd writer to save money and im not fussed about the quicker bootup times by using the 64gb ssd.
