Strict £500 ($800) Gaming build

Hi,i was wondering if anyone would be able to help me with my STRICT £500 budget build.

I Really don't mind if the PC is used, or the parts are used, and i dont mind if mind weather the CPU is AMD or intel. i also dont mind if the GPU is AMD or nvidia.

Would it be possible to use the HDD i have in my current laptop in this build to save me buying a new HDD and windows 7, then get an i5 2500/2500k instead?
