Monitor Resolution: (HD TV not sure about resolution, 32" 720p though )

Notes:
I can get hold of an Intel I3 2500K for £110 and wish to build my pc around that.
If its possible, I'd like it too be well balanced but cheap haha
I wouldnt mind over-clocking either.

Nah its a private sale, Loads of cheap goodies on gumtree.com though,

I'd be surprised if you've found a legit seller that will sell at £110, why would they want to sell for less?
