New PC Build - February 2012 - £800,-

Hello everyone :) 

This is my first ever system PC build so I would like ask you for your opinion. I am going to order all oof the parts from Amazon (UK) and CCLOnline.com as soon as possible. What do you think?

Intel Core i5-2400 3.1GHz Quad Core CPU
Gigabyte Z68AP-D3 (B3) Motherboard
Western Digital Caviar Black 750GB (7200rpm) SATA 6Gb-s 64MB 3.5 inch Hard Drive (Internal)
Sapphire 11179-09-20G HD 6870 1GB GDDR5 GPU (taking second one short after for CrossFire dual mode)
Corsair 8GB 1600MHz CL9 DDR3 Vengeance RAM

And my biggest problem I cannot decide between 3 monitors:
1, ViewSonic VX2253MH-LED 22 inch LED Wide Screen Monitor - (VGA, HDMI, 1920 x 1080, 16-9, 5m-s, 1,000-1-30,000,000-1, 250 cd-m², Built in Speakers)

2, Samsung S22A350H 22 inch Widescreen LED monitor (MEGA DCR, 1920 x 1080 Full HD, 2ms, HDMI-VGA) - Gloss Black

3, LG E2251VR 22 inch LED Widescreen Monitor - Glossy Black (HDMI, Backlit LED, 1080p, Full HD)

You need a 2500K if you want the opportunity to over clock. Also get a Gen3 board so that you have the option to upgrade later on to Ivy Bridge and PCI-E 3.0.
