Looks very good except for the very poor quality power supply. As you can see from my sig, the power supply is the most important component in your system. If you cheap out, your other components will prove to be worthless. This would be a much better unit for you and will still allow for a dual card setup. http://www.novatech.co.uk/products/components/powersupplies/nov-psg600.html

You might also check the prices of your other components at Novatech. May find some better deals.

In a gaming computer you want at least an 80 plus certified power supply. If it has no certification, avoid it. This article may be of interest. http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/power-supply-specifications-atx-reference,3061.html

This is also a popular case of the same style. http://www.novatech.co.uk/products/components/cases/cases/sgc-2000-kkn1-gp.html

One caution on that memory. If you plan on adding an aftermarket cooler for overclocking purposes, that tall ram will likely interfere with it. Another choice for ram would be this. Very good stuff. http://www.amazon.co.uk/G-Skill-Ripjaws-Sandybridge-Platforms-PC12800/dp/B004HZG4ZO/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1328221864&sr=8-1

Buy from Scan.co.uk, aria.co.uk, ebuyer.com, overclockers.co.uk or dabs.com for better general prices.

I'd change your motherboard to a cheaper z68 board like the gigabyte Z68 AP D3 and use the cash to upgrade the VGA and PSU

GPU suggestions AMD 6850, 6870 or NVIDIA 560Ti

PSU 550-650W XFX, Antec, Seasonic, Corsair, OCZ.

e.g from aria:
