Get a ASUS or Gigabyte z68 motherboard instead, and you do not need the most expensive one either. Just get one that has the features you want, and none that you do not need. The quality is the same from the cheapest to the most expensive.

I would also save money by getting a Core i5-2500k. Just as good if not better when overclocked.

For the savings you could dump the dual 560's and get a decent 580 vid card. More than enough all by itself. Check the benchmarking sites to see what I mean. Your PSU will still be fine.

Drop the ram to 8gb and either get the Geil or this. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231314
I have 16gb ram because I do other stuff besides gaming that can take advantage. For gaming, 8gb is plenty.

I would also replace the Cooler with the COOLER MASTER Hyper TX2. Much less expensive and works just as well.

Here is also a good tip for setting up the SSD and HDD together. http://www.pcworld.com/article/237496/the_best_of_both_worlds_an_ssd_and_a_hdd.html
