nice selection.i would suggest these change-
you cannot use 12GB RAM with sandybridge cpu.get 8GB DDR3 it's enough.if you want to do heavy multitasking then 16GB is good.
that gpu is good but i would suggest you to wait for 7970.it beats up gtx 580 easily.it has better multimonitor perfromance.3GB VRAM is good for 2x1080p.you can also upgrade it in near future.i am a bit confused about GPUs ATM.other things are good
