Audio homebuild DAW for under £600?

I'm after an audio DAW PC that is good for handling vst's and effects.
I don't need a soundcard for now as I will do that later on.

But how is this spec? A few people on this forum advised me of this spec, looking to see what I can tweak or change in this spec. Any advice is appreciated.

Budget is ideally £500, but if not possible, can stretch to £600 as want a PC that can last a good few years. My existing one is rubbish.
