Ok, the system builders' build of Windows 7 HP is about £70 on Amazon UK, so that leaves us with £430-450.

OS: W7 HP System Builders £70

Case: Cooler Master RC-370-KKN1 Elite 370 Midi Tower PC Case £35

CPU:Intel Core i3-2120 @ 3.3 Ghz £95

MoBo:Biostar TZ68A+£100

RAM:Corsair CMZ4GX3M1A1600C9B 4GB 1600MHz CL9 DDR3 Vengeance Blu Memory £20

Power:Corsair CP-9020001-UK Enthusiast Series TX550M 550 Watt Power Supply £75

Hope I helped! YOu could probably get an i5 instead, but this is a start.
