this week there will be new CPUs and by 2012 there will be new GPU by AMD. It would be a waste of time for people to suggest a build for you now By 2012, we can suggest you parts that are much better with your budget.

Yeah, we will have to wait for the upcoming cpu's/gpu's. Until then you would want to save up £400-£500. I don't think you could build a dual gpu set up, but a single next gen gpu will be enough.

I'm 14, was 13 when I built my first PC, which was ~3 Months ago.

The PC cost £430, I'll go make a build an post it for you.

Do you need an OS, Monitor, Keyboard, Speakers Etc?

i dont need them and also why i need to know now is because im getting some parts for xmas and mum and dad get presents early and it will be too late to get the newer stuff besides it will be expensive anyway :/

If you discuss things with them and explain tech depreciation to them, you can suggest that you cut a deal,
they write you a check for xxx(being whatever amount was being spent)
as your christmas gift but don't date it,
then when you have more saved and can look at having all the money for a build ask them to date it and you cash it,
then buy all the gear at once
they still get to give you a gift on the day, and you dont end up suffering from techrot :)
