I'd make a few suggestions:

Buy everything from SCAN apart from the CM212+ and the R3 Case, where you use ebuyers free shipping.

But change the PSU to:
the XFX 850w model
http://www.scan.co.uk/products/850w-xfx-p1-850s-nlb9-core-edition-80-plus-bronze-85-eff-sli-crossfire-eps-12v-135mm-fan

The HDD to the SPinpoint F3 1TB, 500GB if you like
http://www.scan.co.uk/products/1tb-samsung-hd103sj-spinpoint-f3-sata-3gb-s-7200rpm-32mb-cache-89ms-ncq

and the zotac 570 to the EVGA 570
http://www.scan.co.uk/products/1280mb-evga-gtx-570-hd-superclocked-40nm-3900mhz-gddr5-gpu-797mhz-shader-1594mhz-480-cores

This saves you a mere £5.14 but you get a better rig, in my opinion.

I need the parts tomorrow really, and I don't really want to use 2 websites. The power supply you linked is non modular - which for me isn't ideal. As for the graphics card, the difference would be so minor, I really can't see why I'd change that. I know EVGA is a great brand, but Zotac are apparently fantastic.

But I really can't decide on a power supply for my build that can give me scope for SLI later on. I don't even know how much I need it to be modular?!

About to buy parts, help please!

Thanks!

Modular will make things a little easier in building and allow you a cleaner case in terms of wires, but i'd rather have a larger and more reliable psu than one which was modular.
As to the EVGA, it's about £8 cheaper, clocked slightly higher and has a 3 year warranty as opposed to the 2 year one offered by zotac.

I do understand that getting from 2 websites is a hassle though.
