You can get a wireless dongle for around £8 on ebay so I wouldn't pay through the nose for a motherboard that has it.

You said that you didnt want to overclock but the i5 2500k is such a good overclocker and the motherboard selected has a easy overclock function so I would defo do it.

IF you didnt want to overclock at all though then try this:
http://www.scan.co.uk/products/gigabyte-ga-z68a-d3-inte...(x16)-ddr3-1866-2133-sata-3gb-s-raid-atx

drops you under the price point you wanted nearly but the other board is better.

have you tried amazon.co.uk? they offer free shipping on alot of the items to Ireland ( i am building a new machine aswell in Ireland :)  ) For price wise i have found that scan.co.uk has the best prices and the shipping will only be £12 ish which isnt bad for all the components.
