    I'd go for an MSI Twin Frozr III rather than the Zotac:

    You may find a good air cooler may be quieter than the water cooler as it won't have a pump.

    Scythe Mugen 2 is a good mix:

    While they may interact with the RAM you have, such high heat spreaders are pretty pointless these days (and there are Low profile ones:

    Do you really need the Bluray drive?

    Other than that looks good. Although you should be aware this is not going to silent, not by a long stretch.
