Requesting a cheap hdcp build under £200

Hi,
I am bulding a pc for my bro soon. He wants it for watching movies on his hdtv, so it needs to have a hdmi. The case is not nessary as we allrdy have some matx ones lieing around but if its a atx build please include that. He wont be needing any o/s either.
He wont be doing any gameing on it, just watching hd 1080p movies and the normal stuff, browsing, downloading etc. He allready has a optical drive so no need to worry about that.
Could some one please recomend me a hdcp build that stays under £200.Thx

Do u think its worth it or to go for a diff build?

(ops forgot to include the amdx3 processor in that)

Well, the board is wimpy.... and the discrete card is not as strong as the igp on the other board.
