Get an ASUS/Gigabyte P67 mobo.
Get an HD 6850 or 6870 for 10$ more that the GTX460 1GB.
Get an CM HAF 912 instead of the Antec 300.

Everything else looks good.

Thanks unknown_13. Can I ask you:

Why the Coolermaster rover the Antec? Not much difference in price but I prefer the looks of the Antec 300. Is there a functional/performance/ fitting it all in the casing reason?

The difference in price between the mobo's is quite significant. Again you explain why the asus over the biostar?

LOL - originally had the Sapphire HD 6850 but people told me to change to the GTX! Again, what are the differences?

Many thanks!!!

The HD 6850 tends to be somewhat faster than the GTX460 1GB. It's also cheaper ;)
As for the case yes, i said the HAF 912 because of the inside funcionality, (cable management is GREAT) plus it can accomodate longer cards if you buy such in the future.

"You should change the RAM to 1.5v, Sandybridge builds have a recommended voltage of 1.5v. Although you may not have any issues running it at that voltage it's easier to pick up 1.5v specified RAM as it's made for that voltage" - A. N. Other Forum

Can anybody advise on this? Is the motherboard suitable? I've never really heard of biostar! Where can I get 1.5v 8Gb RAM??

Been looking at the Biostar Mobo and reading unknown_13's earlier recc to go for an Asus/Gigabyte P67 motherboard. The two I've found seem to be about £150 while the Biostar is only £85.

Is there a P67 board for about £100-120 that would work well with the i5 2500k?

HELP!!!

Well not so sure 'bout the Asrock P67 Extreme4, seems that a lot of guys here recommend it, so look for it.
