Im not sure on the GPU, i was think off getting a cheaper one and getting a SSD, any thoughts?

3. PSU - If you wont be going multiple cards, then you can switch to a lower power PSU...But if you want to keep the SLI option open, then this would be good...

4. Video card - If not a hardcore gamer, then the GTX 460 would be good enough, it can play most of the games @ High settings @1080p...

^ Hey check this monitor -
Though only 23", but is a IPS Panel LCD -> I am sure you must have heard about them right ? - Far better color accuracy and viewing angles...
