The following is my first time New Build spec. I mainly use it for high performance coding, office and watching movies. Your feedback is highly appreciated.

+1 to mosox's comment. You could get something less powerful and still do what you listed.

Otherwise, you can easily OC a stock factory GTX 460; if you can save a reasonable amount of money buying a stock card, do it.
