Budget - £300 (pref) but willing to go as high as £400

Usage: Gaming, frapsing (part of gaming i guess), movies, streaming

Parts not req: Mouse, keyboard, speakers...possibly monitor

Pref Website: Major UK sites e.g. amazon, ebuyers, overclockers basically any major uk site, i have had some bad customer service experience with some of the non major ones and have no desire for another, not worth the small "savings"

Overclocking: Don't really think so unless recommended to me

SLI/Crossfire: Don't think so

Resolution: 1280x1024 (but willing to go to 1024x768)

Additional: I'm not looking for anything great graphicsy but I do want something to run things like SC2/WOW without lagging or major fps drop while frapsing, I don't care how graphics look. I also want something that runs quietly!!! Don't care how it looks, do want something that lasts.

On top of the machine I am planning to get Windows 7 and a new monitor though those two shouldnt be included in the budget. (So basically £500 for everything maximum)
Monitor currently picked out: http://www.ebuyer.com/product/191755?utm_source=google&utm_medium=products (Recommend a better one for the price if you want)

Also I'd prefer to be around the £300 mark(w/o monitor + os) - only go higher if you think I need it for what I want. If you find a decent premade that would be preferable though I'm fine with building.

Couple things I've found that look like a bargain but I'm no expert on hardware

Ok tried what I could, didn't find a good case/PSU though so need some help there but let me know how this works out (and if I need to get any cables with the special deals - haven't got anything SATA atm)

Total cost without case/psu = £272.08
Hope these all work together well, not absolutely certain.
