Hi,
I've recently decided to build a new PC as my current one is struggling to even start-up most new games. My budget is around £500 (£600 inc Monitor).

This is what I've got so far:

LiteOn IHAS124-19 24x DVD±RW DL & RAM SATA Optical Drive - OEM Black (£14.99)

http://www.ebuyer.com/product/180490

AMD Athlon II X3 440 3GHz Socket AM3 1.5MB (3x512KB) L2 Cache Retail Boxed Processor (£57.70)
http://www.ebuyer.com/product/235763

http://www.ebuyer.com/product/195442

Ocz Fatal1ty Series 550w Psu - Uk (£60.74)
http://www.ebuyer.com/product/192111

Antec 300 Three Hundred Case (£44.60)
http://www.ebuyer.com/product/143854

Samsung SM2333SW 23" TFT Monitor 1920x1080 300cd/m2 20000:1 5ms DVI/VGA Gloss Black 3 Years Warranty (£134.98)
http://www.ebuyer.com/product/158382

Total: £656.82

----------------------------------------------------------------

These are currently all from Ebuyer so I'll probably be ordering a few from other sites if I find any to be much cheaper.
It's mainly built for playing newer games but also online games such as Second Life which are CPU reliant so I'm not sure what the best CPU/GPU combo is. The build was basically taken from the sticky guides but some parts are different as some listed pieces dont appear to be available in the UK.

Thanks for your time.
