Monitor not displaying full screen

Hi
I have recently put a computer together. The display on my AOC e2450Swh monitor is slightly out (An inch maybe). I am using a Gigabyte gtx 670 OC and have the latest drivers installed. If anyone could help me resolve this issue it would be greatly appreciated.
