I need to install a security cam at a 2nd home preferably outdoors near the front door. The alternative would be to have one inside the house looking through a window but I hear these do not work very well at night. Also, I'm worried about mounting it outside that it could get stolen by just unscrewing it from the wall or ceiling.
Also, it needs to connect to a Noip.com type setup. Essentially, standalone, no connection to a PC so has to record clips online, maybe short clips of 10secs or so but the ability to connect remotely for live CCTV if needed. Must also be able to reconnect to the no-ip.com service or other after a power cut.
Any ideas on something that looks fairly discreet and is under £100?
I could go up to £200 if needed but don't want to spend too much, maybe even an indoor, outdoor combo...something that could record through glass during the day and then a cheap outdoor nighttime camera for night movement.
