PARTS PREFERENCES: Not that fussed about brands but I would like the case to be quite small as I am planning on taking the computer with me to university (Antec 300 sized cases are fine)

OVERCLOCKING: Maybe SLI OR CROSSFIRE: No

You can get that but a comparable 1156 mobo is also more expensive. The i5 is better but harder to overclock and it won't be a big difference in gaming.
