Looking for a flat panel monitor which can rotate for vertical use

I've looked around and I'm struggling to find monitors which can rotate. I've seen that the Dell Ultrasharp monitors can but at a minimum of £140 for the 21.5" model, it seems quite steep.

I don't have a set budget because I want to see how much a monitor like this will cost before judging, but having not found many I can't do that. I am prepared to spent at least £100 on each monitor.

Ideally I want two monitors of the same model with the left one set portrait and the right one set landscape as normal. I currently use a 12" laptop so anything will feel like a decent size but I imagine ~21" is best. 1920x1080+ is preferable. Hdmi or dvi is fine.

If you just want it fixed in portrait orientation, you don't need to rely on the monitor's default stand for pivot functionality. You can get a monitor with a VESA mount, then get a separate stand or monitor arm, and mount the monitor to that in portrait orientation. I found a monitor stand here for £29.98 that might fit your needs:

Nice to see there is an alternate solution, although at £30 for a stand and under £100 for the monitor for the same price I could get a pivoting display with that extra freedom.

I know LED is meant to be better than LCD, and the LCDs use IPS technology, which again I've heard is better than TN which the LED uses, but how much of a difference do they make?

Other than that they seem close enough the same. All advice welcome.

LED is not a separate type of screen from LCD (until you get into the OLED screens). It just means the LCD screen has an LED backlight instead of a Cold Cathode Fluorescent Light (CCFL). If you're serious about graphical quality and color accuracy (or even extended gamut, such as if you're a graphic designer or something like that), I think the quality goes something like this:

Worse <-- --> Better
Panel Type: TN, cPVA, eIPS, MVA/PVA, IPS
Backlight: White LED, CCFL, RGB LED

If you're using it for other things like gaming or just surfing the web, I suggest you mostly ignore the panel and backlight type and focus on other features you want.

Apparently that leytoncameras site I linked is a scam site! Glad I checked out reviews before buying! I guess I'll have to pay £140 for it then, unless someone can see something in the next day or two.
