I plan to add a second 5770 in a month or two. I wanted to focus on a solid base of a Motherboard and CPU. Thing I'm most unsure about is the RAM.

If you're not going to overclock then you don't need an aftermarket CPU cooler.

You want to get 4GB as your motherboard uses dual channel memory, so you are likely to have a performance hit by running 6GB in single channel. I recommend this Corsair DDR3 1333mhz 4GB (2x2GB) CMV4GX3M2A1333C9 (9-9-9-24) 1.50V £95 I know that for the price you can get better RAM from ebuyer and probably overclockers.co.uk.

CIT aren't known as being good PSU makers, so unless you can find a review that gives it the thumbs up, then it is advisable to get something more reliable. A good PSU that can deliver ~550W on it's 12V rail(s) will be powerful enough for two 5770s. I suggest this: Seasonic S12II-620 80Plus Bronze £70

I don't know what that HDD is, it doesnt look like it is one of Samsung's fast ones, I could be wrong. Unless I was corrected I would get either of these:
Samsung Spinpoint F3 500GB £40
Seagate Barracuda 7200.12 500GB £39
