I currently have a Sceptre X24WG monitor. It's 1920x1200 and 24", but the DVI is broken (VGA still works fine), and it would cost far too much to get it repaired by Sceptre to be worth it (years out of warranty). So, I want to find myself a new one.

Basically the one and only requirement besides the resolution is that I need 1:1 pixel mapping for my Xbox 360 (hooked up using VGA), something my current monitor doesn't have.

I've looked at the Dell u2410 and u2412m, but the former is ridiculously expensive (for me, at least) and the latter doesn't have 1:1 pixel mapping.

I'm looking to sell my current monitor to pay for my new one, so I'm looking for a monitor around $300.

Got any suggestions? :D

You know what guys, I may end up going with the u2410. The typical Ebay price seems to be around the $300 range, which is pretty acceptable.

There's a lot of "factory refurbished" displays on there, is there anything I should be looking out for (besides dead pixels)? Any good reason not to get it from Ebay?

EDIT: I'm gonna go with the u2410... I found a nice deal on Ebay.
