Hey everyone-

I've been searching lately for the perfect monitor to fit my need for under 200 bucks, and I can't seem to find exactly the right one. Basically, I'm looking for the largest and highest resolution monitor, that includes at least one vga port (for my old HP laptop), at least one HDMI port for gaming and stuff, and preferably a built-in tv tuner too (but that's certainly not a must, that I can get for under that price point. I've checked tons of websites, and I've found a few good monitors so far, but I can't seem to find that perfect one. If you guys know of any high-quality, reliable monitors that fit that description please leave a post. By the way, this would be used primarily for video and photo editing as well as viewing 1080p movies. Thanks in advance for any help!

-much ablidged, bobofosho123 :hello:

Light Emitting Diode LED monitors are generally Liquid Crystal Display LCD monitors.

LED refers to the backlight.

LCD refers to the front panel technology.

All flat panel monitors are LCD.

Some new LCDs use LED lights.

Excepting OLED monitors, of course.

Not that those have really hit the mainstream market yet (besides in handheld devices)
