The PSU may be overkill, but it can support HD 5970. Upgrading the GPU will be as easy as drop-it-in. You can upgrade the CPU to X4 and a AM3 mobo. This X3 & 770 combo can be used to unlock the 4th core in the X3 for a quad. It's no guarantee though.

the titan just bout clears the ram but any higher ram will bump into the cooler

power cool psu's are basically crap the tx650 will run 2 5770's easily

You might want to get a 750w corsair at the very least if your gonna run 2 gpus. By some coincidence, i'm going for an almost identiacal setup but with an 850w corsair psu (its only £10 more than 750w so i figured what the hey? i''ll do it), titan fenrir speacial edition and phenomIIquad965 black edition, denab.
I don't need more than a 500gb HDD so i save some money there.
