i7 920,

get a single 4890 for now since they only cost £130 and then get a couple of 5870's later.

Get a good 850w, from Corsair, Antec, PCP&C, OCZ or Seasonic.

Any mobo which has an X58 chipset and uses the ATX form factor, go as cheap as possible on this because the more expensive boards have little advantage.

and for a site to buy the stuff from, and are the best.

would 4gb ram be enough for now?

^ the i7's take ram in sets of 3 (e.g. 3x2GB), so 6GB is recommended.

and make sure to get 1.65v dimms.

it comes with a fan but its not reccomended for overclocking maybe jus a marginal
overclock of 5% -6% but your chioce the case you got is a great cool case but your choice to get an after market fan will be a bit better but not needed

^ the cooler comes with a fan.

for a mobo, the P6t on OCUK is £14 cheaper than the board you listed, or the SE version is nearly £40 cheaper but you don't get SLI.

I wouldn't recommend getting dual cards now, as the next generation DX11 cards come out next month, and will own any card currently out there.
