Monitor difference in multi display setup?

Hi all,

I was wondering, there's a sale up at a local store on the Samsung Syncmaster E2220 1920x1080, now thing is. I currently have a DGM 1440x900 screen, now if I were to get them in triple monitor setup would I notice a difference between them during games and general use? Also, are the specs good for the Samsung? Here are the specs:

21.5" Wide Monitor
Display brightness: 300cd/㎡
DC 70000:1 (Typ. 1000:1) contrast ratio
1920 x 1080 display resolution
Response time: 5ms
170˚ / 160˚ viewing angle
Display colour support: 16.7 million

Out of the box different monitors will likely be visually different in brightness, contrast, and color. You can manually correct them to be similar, but unless they have the exact pixel size images that move between monitors will change size, which can be disconcerting!
