I recently purchased an Acer Aspire AS5750-6677 notebook, and I want to use another monitor with it. It has a standard 15.6 inch display at 1366 x 768. I want windows to stay the same size as I drag them across both monitors. What size monitor would work best with this? Thanks in advance!

Solution
If you want the windows to stay the same physical size, you'd need to make sure the monitor has the same pixel pitch. To get the exact same pixel pitch (0.253 mm), you'd have to find a desktop monitor that is also 15.6 inches diagonal and 1366x768, but here are some alternatives that are close:
21.5 inch 1920x1080 (0.248 mm)
23 inch 2048x1152 (0.249 mm, rare)
30 inch 2560x1660 (0.250 mm, very expensive)
17 inch 1440x900 (0.254 mm)
20.1 inch 1600x1200 (0.255 mm)
20.1 inch 1680x1050 (0.258 mm)
23 inch 1920x1200 (0.258 mm)

Thank you!!! I'll probably get a 21.5 inch Acer display.
