Samsung xl2370 - service menu

Hello. Is there a way to see ammount of working hours on Samsung XL2370 monitor.
How to get service menu ?

I think you might be able to get the working hours from the DDC - the Wikipedia article on DDC has links to a few programs that can use it.

The service menu is only intended to be accessed by the manufacturing company when a unit is sent in for repair, so it often requires a special connector that's hard for a regular user to find for sale, and could even require opening the monitor to access. Why do you need the service menu?

Thanks for the quick answer.
To make long story short. Bought just yesterday mentioned lcd.
After carefull unboxing i'we spotted scratch on screen.
Immediately returned unit to complaints department and now waiting for the verdict.
I’d like to prove that monitor was used before, since scratch was not made by me.
Service menu might contain some data about usage.
