Help Selecting a 23" - 24" IPS Monitor

Hello good people,

I am having a tough time finding a monitor that fits my specs.

1920 pixels wide (1080 or 1200 is fine)
IPS
HDMI (with Audio out)

The Dell U2410 is $600 is Canada but that's too much. It was on sale for $400 once but I missed that. So under $400 is the budget. Hopefully less.

What are you connecting to it that doesn't have separate audio? If you didn't need the HDMI audio output from the monitor to something else, you could get a monitor that has DVI but not HDMI (such as a Dell U2311H or a ViewSonic VP2365WB) and an HDMI to DVI adapter.

Unfortunately, that combination is very difficult to find in your price range. Even if you buy the adapter I linked below, adding a non-HDMI monitor that meets your other requirements would probably drive the total price over your budget.
