need some advice building a pc for £520

hi as above said i need some suggestions on my first build any recommendations would be welcome
id like a q6600 if thats any help i dont do much gaming , more of a football manger type thing , do quite a bit of video encoding like converting avi's too dvd , any help on this would be great
