37" HDTV/Monitor Recommendations?

I'm desiring a 32-42" 1080P LCD HDTV that will perform outstandingly as a computer monitor. Must be able to do PC output to 1920X1080. I game too, so I need an all-round performer. My video card is a:
Nvidia Geforce 260 GTX Core 216
I do have the DVItoHDMI cable too.

What impresses you about this TV? I did read your suggestion and it has a "Native Mode™

I don't know if that means it will shrink the image so that it fits on the TV? I hooked up my Panasonic Plasma and images were too large and I lost the edge of the image. I'm learning this might be overscan? I then had to reduce my Panny's resolution a little bit to see my entire MS Desktop, for example.
