Looks good , there are some alternatives for the RAM ,(Your ram is good too , but all of the options belowe are cheaper )

Go for vista, ignore all that crap about drivers not working, its not true, they are all fine. Its definatly worth it.

Some others are cheaper but corsair is still a great make of ram, make sure you get the CL4 modules.
