Driver for acer AL2423W monitor

I have an acer AL2423W monitor and tried everything to fix problem it comes up with no signal every 20 seconds the turns off an back on again an again ten seconds later no signal change cables I need help before I throw it in the bin its a 24 inch

I had this problem with both XP and now Win7. Simply wait until the monitor switches itself off then press the power off button on the monitor and wait at least a minute before switching on the monitor power. The monitor will then reboot the driver and then will be fine on XP. With Win7 I am finding that this has to be done each day after I fire up the beastie. I have asked ACER for a fix. Will keep you posted.
