In the market for a new monitor, low lag, with hdmi and vga connection

So im trying to find a low input lcd to play my xbox on, mostly mw2 and nhl10, and I hate lag.
Ive looked at Dell UltraSharpTM U2410, and an asus 246, any other recommendations?

under $500 would be great,... and any size under 24 inches ....
