Hi everyone

I'm having trouble with the OSD of this monitor. In its OSD menu some of the options are greyed out. Like the vertical and horizontal positioning of the screen can't be change. And the problem is that there is this think black line running down the right hand side of my monitor and so the picture isn't flush with the bezel. On the left hand side it is fine though. Is this normal? and if not, why can't I change the position of the screen?

You are using a HDMI or DVI cable which carries a digital signal, not analog. The signal won't be out of clock/phase to produce an image out of the borders. Thus no adjustment is necessary or possible.

You should check if the cable is in working order, such as broken pins or kinks.
Check if your video card driver is positioning the picture off center.
